Institutional Racism

Institutional racism often refers to the practices and policies of corporations, school systems, universities, and other institutions that limit the actions, livelihood, aspirations, or access to goods and services of black people or other groups based on race. The unintentional tendency of those larger entities to enact racial preferences and biases is known as “indirect institutional racism” and might serve as the most pervasive category of racism on college campuses.
